The acquisition of Parus Holding LLC will allow Krippa to exercise control over the Parus business center, located in the heart of the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until now, 80% of the shares of Parus Holding LLC were owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/prostir.co.ua\/en\/tag\/vadym-stolar\/\">businessman Vadym Stolar<\/a> through his Genesis Foundation, which manages the Parus business center. The remaining 20% was owned by Stolar&#8217;s ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Parus Business Center, which is classified as Class A, is a 33-storey building with an area of 70,000 square meters and is one of the most prominent real estate properties in the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General characteristics of Parus Business Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The total usable floor area of <a href=\"https:\/\/prostir.co.ua\/en\/tag\/bcz-parus\/\">Parus Business Center<\/a> is 75,000 square meters, and the average area of one office floor is about 1,168 square meters, which provides enough space for the development of any business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in the heart of the city&#8217;s business life, Parus provides instant access to the main transport streets and the Klovska and Palats Sportu metro stations, making it an ideal place to work and hold meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of infrastructure, the business center is equipped with advanced air conditioning, heating, ventilation and fire safety systems, ensuring maximum comfort and safety for all its tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the basic services, Parus offers two conference halls, restaurants, canteens and other services that meet the needs of the business community for successful work and leisure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maksym Krippa&#8217;s activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Maksym Krippa is a prominent Ukrainian businessman and investor with a diverse portfolio that spans various industries.
