The cooperation involves supporting the developer&#8217;s current projects, accelerating the pace of construction, and launching new initiatives in the residential sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is <a href=\"https:\/\/dim-bud.ua\/post\/novina\/ukrayinskij-developer-dim-ta-vlasnikbiznes-centru-parus-ogolosili-pro-partnerstvo\">reported<\/a> by the Dim-Bud website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ukrainian developer DIM and businessman Maksym Krippa finalize partnership agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krippa&#8217;s real estate investments continue to grow. After acquiring the <a href=\"https:\/\/prostir.co.ua\/tag\/bcz-parus\/\">Parus business center<\/a> in 2023 and privatizing the Ukraine Hotel in 2024, he focused on residential construction. The partnership with DIM was a logical continuation of the strategy to develop its assets in this area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for <a href=\"https:\/\/prostir.co.ua\/tag\/dim\/\">DIM<\/a>, today it is one of the key players in the capital&#8217;s development, implementing large-scale residential and commercial projects. The company&#8217;s portfolio includes more than 900 thousand square meters of real estate, of which more than 350 thousand have already been commissioned. Another 6 projects with a total area of over 346 thousand square meters are under construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The involvement of <a href=\"https:\/\/prostir.co.ua\/tag\/maksym-krippa\/\">Maksym Krippa<\/a> as an investor guarantees DIM financial stability, reduces its dependence on the sales market and allows it to maintain the pace of construction.
