The press service of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has announced that it has granted permission for the acquisition of Parus Holding LLC by Ola Fine LLC, a company owned by well-known Ukrainian businessman Maxim Krippa.
According to the YouControl service, Ola Fine LLC operates through the ARS Capital fund, which is managed by Maksym Krippa. The acquisition of Parus Holding LLC will allow Krippa to exercise control over the Parus business center, located in the heart of the capital.
Until now, 80% of the shares of Parus Holding LLC were owned by businessman Vadym Stolar through his Genesis Foundation, which manages the Parus business center. The remaining 20% was owned by Stolar’s ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund.
The Parus Business Center, which is classified as Class A, is a 33-storey building with an area of 70,000 square meters and is one of the most prominent real estate properties in the capital.

The total usable floor area of Parus Business Center is 75,000 square meters, and the average area of one office floor is about 1,168 square meters, which provides enough space for the development of any business.
