Ukrainian developer DIM and businessman Maksym Krippa finalize partnership agreement

Krippa’s real estate investments continue to grow. After acquiring the Parus business center in 2023 and privatizing the Ukraine Hotel in 2024, he focused on residential construction. The partnership with DIM was a logical continuation of the strategy to develop its assets in this area.

As for DIM, today it is one of the key players in the capital’s development, implementing large-scale residential and commercial projects. The company’s portfolio includes more than 900 thousand square meters of real estate, of which more than 350 thousand have already been commissioned. Another 6 projects with a total area of over 346 thousand square meters are under construction.

The involvement of Maksym Krippa as an investor guarantees DIM financial stability, reduces its dependence on the sales market and allows it to maintain the pace of construction. Moreover, the company plans to expand its operations and launch new facilities in the near future.
